Soultone Cymbals is a manufacturer and retailer of professional handmade B20 bronze cymbals for drummers. We design, manufacture, and sell crashes, rides, hi-hats, effects cymbals, and specialty cymbals.

Payment Timing

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final.
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and transaction cancellations are not available once an order has been placed.
Certain cymbals may be custom-made, personalized, engraved, or produced specifically to fulfill a customer's order. Production may begin shortly after the order is placed and before the order is shipped or delivered.
Custom and made-to-order items remain subject to our All Sales Are Final and No Transaction Cancellations policy.
The fact that an order has not yet shipped or been delivered does not by itself provide a right to cancel the order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

カスタム商品および受注生産商品についても、**「すべての販売は最終販売」および「注文キャンセル不可」**のポリシーが適用されます。
商品がまだ発送または配送されていないことのみを理由として、注文をキャンセルすることはできません。
